Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange your order within 15 days of receiving it. After informing us, you have an additional 15 days to send the product back — giving you a total of 30 days from the date of receipt to complete your return or exchange. Once we have received the item in good condition, you will receive a full refund of your order amount.

Please note: Return shipping costs from your address to our return facility are at your own expense. These typically start at approximately $20 per package, depending on the courier. For exact rates, please check with your chosen shipping provider.

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at support@valouras.com. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after you notify us of your return, provided that the product has been received in proper condition.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a full refund or exchange, the returned product must meet the following conditions:

✔ The product is unworn and undamaged
✔ All original tags and labels are still attached
✔ The item is in its original packaging, where reasonably possible
✔ The item shows no signs of use, such as stains, perfume, or damage
✔ The return is requested within 15 days of receipt and shipped back within the following 15 days (for a total of 30 days)

If the returned item does not meet these conditions, Valourás reserves the right to withhold (part of) the refund.
