Return Policy – Valourás

Right of Return

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. Once we have received the returned item in good condition, you will receive a full refund of your order amount.

Please note: Return shipping costs from your address to our return facility are at your own expense. These typically amount to approximately $25 per package, depending on the courier. For exact rates, please check with your chosen shipping provider.

To exercise your right of return, please contact us at support@valouras.com. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after you notify us of your return, provided that the product has been received in proper condition.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a full refund, the returned product must meet the following conditions:

✔ The product is unworn and undamaged
✔ All original tags and labels are still attached
✔ The item is in its original packaging, where reasonably possible
✔ The item shows no signs of use, such as stains, perfume, or damage
✔ The return is initiated and shipped within 14 days of receipt

If the returned item does not meet these conditions, Valourás reserves the right to withhold (part of) the refund.
