What is the delivery time for my order?

When you place an order with Valourás, the delivery time may be different from what you are used to. Since our products are shipped directly from our international suppliers, we can significantly reduce storage and transportation costs. This allows us to offer our products at very competitive prices.

The average delivery time is 6 to 10 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

What should I do if I haven’t received my order?

Due to high demand, your order may occasionally arrive later than expected. We kindly ask for your patience.
If the delivery timeframe has passed and you still haven’t received your package, please email us at support@valouras.com. We will investigate and provide you with an update on your shipment.

 

How do I exchange or return my order?

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team via the contact page on our website or email support@valouras.com.
Please include your name, order number (e.g., #0000 as shown in your confirmation email), and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with the return address and confirmation. Once approved, you may send the product back using a courier of your choice.

What are the return costs?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The exact cost depends on the courier you choose. Please check with your preferred courier service for pricing information.

 

What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?

You may return items within 14 days of receiving them. The return period begins on the day you receive your order. Please note:

You can only return an item if:

  • The 14-day return period has not expired.

  • The product is in its original packaging with all tags still attached.

  • The product has not been used, worn, or damaged.
