At Valourás, delivery timelines differ slightly from what you may be used to. Because our products ship directly from our manufacturing partners, we save significantly on storage and transport costs. That allows us to price our products very competitively.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Average delivery time is 6–10 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Contact our support team via the contact page or email support@valouras.com. Please include your full name, order number (e.g., #0000), and the reason for the return. We’ll provide the return address and confirmation. You can ship the package back with the carrier of your choice.

You can return items within 14 days from the day you receive them. Returns are accepted when:

• the return window has not expired,
• the product is in its original packaging with all tags attached,
• the product is unused and in resellable condition.
